When I attended the Parents Field Trip last week, I was very Thankful that the childcare was provided by the school. It makes me feel at ease knowing that eventhough I'm not with Kendrick,I know he is in a safe environment.Although it's not his first time to be in a daycare since he's been to Childcare IFSC before when I was still working, but I'm so proud of him because he never really had any problems at all being left with someone else's care. Even during his first day of school, everything was totally a breeze,maybe because he get used to being with other people. Also,a summer before the school begun, I signed him up at the local library for their reading program where I have to leave him for an hour, I guess that really help to prepared him for the real school.
Anyway, last Friday,it didn't took him a long time to find a friend to play with during his time at the day care while I was at the field trip. When I came back to pick him up,he was still busy buiding something with the blocks and he was very surprised that it is already time to go home.
